I ordered an item in September 1 and still haven't received the item yet or any tracking number or notification that the status of the item has changed. The item was supposed to be delivered on September 17. I've tried messaging the seller multiple times (5 in total) already and I never received any reply. I only asked for updates on the item and the shipping. I knew because of shipping delays happening right now that I might need to give the shipping a little more time. I started to get suspicious when I looked at the sellers reviews. The seller had some negative reviews because the items weren't exactly what the buyers we're expecting which the seller responded by insulting the buyers and being nasty. Strangely now I can't see any of the reviews the seller had. I'm now pretty sure that I'm not going to receive my purchase at all and that I was scammed. What is my best course of action in this situation? This is the first time this has happened to me. I paid with PayPal if that bit of information helps any. I just want this to be over and to get my money back.
