Help - don't have the shipping option links anymore

I sold an item. When I click - "print shipping label" it leads me to a link to sign up for some special UPS shipping. I would like the original links with all the types of shipping to make my choice as it is a heavy item.  Maybe I dont want to ship via UPS. Is there a way to check all the shipping options or did that change. Thank you for any help. This never happened before.

Open the original listing and look at the shipping options that you offered. Did you include UPS as a choice? Did you offer other choices? Other sellers have reported similar issues -- generally because they accidentally selected UPS instead of USPS when they created the listing.

In a pinch, just go to www.paypal.com/shipnow and select any suitable class of mail or type of courier. You'll have to input the data manually. Keep in mind that the maximum weight for USPS is 70 lbs. For Priority Mail, that means actual weight and dimensional weight.

If it's the  comforter, you chose UPS ground for the shipping.

I don't think you can pick another shipping option once the item is sold.

Someone else might come along that knows for sure.

Oh boy, its true I meant it to be USPS! Not sure how I got the UPS option stuck to it. I dont remember choosing that. I boycott UPS for  years because something I double boxed and packed super well broke about 7 years ago and they wouldn;t refund,  It was only 35 dollars and what trouble they gave me. Even sent an investigator to the buyers house. Thank goodness she kept the packing but they still made a lame excuse. Never again UPS. I guess I will just take it to the PO and be more careful when I choose shipping options when I list!

You can print a USPS shipping label at

www.paypal.com/shipnow

But before you change carriers, you should check with the buyer. Some have very strong preferences about carriers. And some must use a different address, such as those who must use a PO Box for USPS deliveries.
