Help Please I cant get my labels to print

when i try and print today it keeps giving me an error message saying it cant take my payment, i have my bank account linked to paypal and it takes it out this way, ive never had a problem? any ideas? THANKS!

Try using just the bank account instead of PayPal...

Tagging along, after 2 hours of trying & reading, I am here now,

Looking for help as well today with my one day old dymo 4xl, i can get right the shipping label with all the correct info and the sizing looks right, but when I click the print I get the:

dymo eXTRA lARGE shIPPING lABEL

4 x 6

blah blah blah

etc, etc

I have 12 of these practice sheets thus far.

I am using firefox

the labels were packaged as 1750548

Part 2 to my 1st memo, while reviewing what im trying to learn as I was overlooking my practice labels, i happened to turn one of them over. I saw what I thought was an ink smudge, not wider then bic pen, but it was under  higher magnification, the shrunken / unusable mailing label, so

how to enlarge, ive read a few how to's in different places but I dont seem to have the options or I dont know where to look. I did check / verify that my driver were installed thru another tree, help

You are using the wrong labels.  You need the Dymo 1744907 type label which is 4"x6"

@angelique311976  Did you get your labels to print?  If not, is your label payment method set to Managed Payments or PayPal?

You are using the wrong labels.  You need the Dymo 1744907 type label which is 4"x6".  Or if you now have the correct labels, the Dymo 4XL Printer Preferences are not set to it.  Do this from the Control Panel by opening the printer settings.
