I recently moved to South Korea from the US. I’ve tried to change my primary address to Seoul and have even deleted all non-Korean addresses from my account. My primary address APPEARS to be correct (yes, it’s written in English) BUT when I go to order something, it continues to show items shipable to my previous zip code in Texas! This helps me NOT AT ALL as I ONLY want to view items that can ship to my current address in Seoul!
Ideas?

Hi @buzzywuzzybear,
Your registered address is still in the USA, as you can see on your feedback page.
Here's how to change your registration address. You have to choose the new country first, and then wait until the address format changes to the format used in S. Korea. This may take a little while, but you have to wait and keep trying to change the country until the address format changes. Then you can fill in the rest of the address and save it.
https://www.ebay.com/help/account/changing-account-settings/updating-country-currency-settings?id=42...You can choose a new home country or region at any time by updating your registration information.
Here's how:
- Go to the change registration information page.
- In the Country field, choose your country from the dropdown menu.
- If applicable, you can change the rest of your address.
- Select Change registration information.
- Review your changes and select submit.
If you are searching for items here on eBay USA (www.ebay.com) then you may still see items that are only shippable to the USA. Try going into a listing to the Shipping & Payments tab, and changing the delivery location to S. Korea. The website usually remembers that location after you have changed it. If it forgets, just change it back.
