So I bought a 23andMe kit from this buyer everything seemed fine until this week when I got an email saying my23&Me account been cacelled by the cardholder who baought the kit, saying he didn't approve of the purchase. So I am really stuck I talked to ebay and they said since it's been over 30 days I don't have buyers protection and since I already sent in the kit I can't return it. Im frustrated because I sent in all my information and DNA and 23andMe just said they dumped it. I am also out of money and ebay said they can't do anything even though the account has been cancelled due to fraud common. So right now ebay is saying I half to talk to paypal and see if they will give me my money back since their protection is 60 days so. any help on how to label this to make it easier for the people I half to talk too?
