A year ago I moved from one state to another. I now approximately 1,500 miles away from my previous address.
Here's my issue; when I purchase goods they are sent to my current address, all is fine.
But when I'm searching for goods the auction page shows how close the item is...to my previous address. I might be physically 1,000 miles away from the item but at the bottom of the auction page it might show 100 miles...somewhere close to my previous address.
I'm bothered by the notion that shipping charges might be calculated according to my previous address and not my new one. I've updated all my addresses in ebay...I think.
After all, the items DO get sent to me. I just don't want potential sellers and buyers to get incorrect shipping charges. It would be nice if I could fix this issue. Thank you in advance for any help you can pass on to me. As I mentioned, I've updated my address in settings, personal info etc. It's just this one little glitch

If you click on the shipping and payments tab in a listing, is your correct zip code entered. The shipping quote is based on this zip code.

Is your current address showing as your primary address on the following page?

Adjust your ZIP Code at the top of any search page -- click on the little down arrow to revise it. The changed ZIP Code will be applied to the shipping section in those search result listings and will probably carry over for future searches.
