Have not received item

I have ordered an item and have not reeived the item. After being contacted, the seller said the shipping took 30-50 days. After 50 days plus, he/she seems to disappear. When I want to bring the case to ebay, it say I cannot because it is over 30 days.

Any solution?

You need to file an item not received case with PAYPAL. Your latest delivery estimate was June 29th so you should have opened a case with ebay no later than July 28th. Never ever allow a seller to string you along past the latest delivery estimate.

Hi: Did you buy from a U.S.  Seller ? because USPS doesn't do surface Mail  since 2006 .  Rest of the None U.S.  Ebay sellers have  the surface  shipping option  that does go by BOAT  . So yes it will take 50 days  to 90 days for delivery.,

I was not aware that there is a deadline to lodge a case. Since I receive a reply, I thought it is still on the way.
