As the seller, I have always been able to send an eBay return shipping label to the buyer through the returns center. Now this seems to have changed. It appears that the buyer is now responsible for retrieving the return shipping label on his end. Is this correct? Thanks, Todd

Nothing has changed. You are only required to pay for return shipping when the return request reason is considered “not as described”. So either the buyer requested a remorse return or they are international and a label can’t be issued to them.
