Harmonized Tariff Code? Scared

This is my first time shipping internationally to Canada. I believe I have found the correct harmonized tariff code at 8414.59. It's a airbrush spraying booth with fan, 6ft exhaust and LED lights. What happens if I am wrong? I'm trying to get under EIS instead of USPS Priority which the buyer chooses. I want it under EIS because this is my first international shipping item and this is really confusing. It gives me an error message everytime I try to purchase the label. Do I need an invoice number, license number, and cert number which I have no idea how to obtain. I have only sold 34 items and started in June. This is confusing as heck.

The harmonized tariff code is for European Union (EU) sales. You do not need it for Canada. Leave it blank.

Re: Harmonized Tariff Code? Scared

I was prompted to enter the 6 Digit Harmonized Tariff Code a couple of days ago.  The only problem is for the item I was shipping it is a 10 Digit Code.  I used a different shipper that accepted the 10 Digit Code by me just clicking on it and it auto filled.

Here's the problem @tempsol . You advertised USPS Priority International so that's how you have to ship.

Your listing has to be set up with eIS before the buyer makes a purchase in order to ship an item through that program.

You can set up eIS by removing all direct international shipping options from your listings and making sure you are opted in to eIS on your settings page. https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf

This transaction cannot be shipped through eIS.

Review this eBay help page @tempsol that explains what info you need to fill out on the customs form:

Re: Harmonized Tariff Code? Scared

I was able to generate a shipping label. It's in customs now. I just realized that the shipping info has my store name instead of my name. It's defaulted to my store name. Would this be a problem?  Urgg

I don't see why that would cause a problem @tempsol .

ALL of my shipping label use my company name as the return address. I never show my personal name. Never been a problem.
