Handling time

How can I change the handling time on an item when revising? I remember I got to increase handling time of an item up to 30 days with bulk edit on items. I can no longer find that "bulk edit" on ebay. Can anyone help me figure out how to change the handling time of an item to 30 days?

To do bulk edit, go to your listings and select multiple listings that you want to edit ... then press the "edit" button at the top.

If you want to change the handling time on a single item, edit the item in the advanced listing tool ... the quick listing tool does not have all the capabilities of the advanced listing tool.

Why would it take you 30 days before you can get the item to the carrier?  I certainly wouldn't purchase anything that takes 30 days before transit begins.
