So I have a question with an example:
I have an item with flat shipping price for US $20, then someone from Switzerland offered me reasonable price but I don't understand how much will I pay for shipping (and to whom I should ship the item - to the Global Shipping office or to a person?). I don't want to pay fees in case of cancelling the order, but it's not clear at all to whom should I ship an item at this point.
As I said before, it's $20 flat to US, but International shipping fields both activated for Global Shipping Program and Other shipping options: Calculated.
Or should I disable Other shipping options: Calculated?
Please, help! It's too dam n complicated!

The buyer hasn't made the purchase or paid yet? Once they pay, you will see the gsp address in Kentucky. When you use the gsp you pay shipping to the Kentucky gsp depot. When the buyer pays, the amount that you charge for domestic shipping goes to you and the portion for international shipping as well as import fees goes to Pitney Bowes.
If they have paid and you see the Switzerland address, that means that listing is either not set up with the gsp or that the gsp does not ship that particular item to that country.

If you offer both GSP and international shipping, then the buyer will pick which they want ... my guess is that they'll pick regular international shipping because that will come out slightly cheaper. You would send them a quote for shipping to their country.
But, because of the clogging of shipping channels due to the coronavirus, there is a VERY high risk of an INR claim on any international shipment at the moment. You would be protected from INR claims only if you shipped through the Global Shipping Program.
So, if risk is your concern, you should only be offering the GSP right now, and take out the international shipping.

It's not possible to have a listing for an international location that shows a price for shipping direct and a price for the gsp. The gsp will always override any other option that the seller entered for that country. They can set up a listing to ship direct to some countries and the gsp to other countries but they can't have both options for the same country.
