HEY EBAY - you do know that Monday November 12 is a postal holiday, right?

Note to ebay and fellow sellers - just printed labels for USPS shipment using the bulk shipment and the labels DEFAULTED to  Monday, November 11.  THIS IS A POSTAL HOLIDAY!  In the past, the bulk shipping has recognized USPS holidays and used the next day that the Post Office would be open.  Not this time.  Hoping these aren't counted as late because no USPS employee is going to pick them up or porcess them on their day OFF!  They are closed for Veteran's Day.

Your advisory is too late for ebay to implement for 2018. So perhaps some other year

In the past when auctions were scheduled to end at a specific time after the daylight savings shift, they did that too, but not this year.

Don't worry when the complaints start pouring in from sellers who get defects for late shipping, they'll remove them.

Looking on the USPS site it says

I'm confused about (observed)

• Monday, November 12 Veterans Day (observed)
• Thursday, November 22 Thanksgiving Day
• Tuesday, December 25 Christmas Day

Veterans Day was 11 Nov but observed today as yesterday was Sunday.

I noticed the same thing last night.  Hopfulley it's just a "glitch"  I'm deff going to be keeping an eye out for any shipping defects. : (
