HELLO, I NEED HELP PLEASE, I MADE A RETURN BUT THE SELLER NEVER GET CONTACT, THE INSTRUCCION SAY THAT I NEED TO SELECT THE OPTION IN THE PURCH TO ASK EBAY STAY IN BUT I DONT HAVE THE OPTION IN THE ORDER , WHAT CAN I DO?

What was your stated reason for the return?
Did the seller provide the return label or did you purchase it yourself?
If you did this correctly through the eBay system where your return tracking number is uploaded, then you don't have to worry about no communication. The seller will have two days to refund your money after tracking shows item was delivered back to him.

The reason is because the product have diferent details vs the description. I whrite the seller but never answer.
Never provide the return. I dont understand how to ask ebay
Now I have the product.

Not certain how returns are handled by a buyer in Mexico. But in the US buyers go to the Resolution Center, a link is at teh bottom of your eBay page. Open a Not As Described Case. The seller has a given number of days to provide you with the funds to purchase a return shipping label. You need to advise what that amount is if the seller is not in Mexico as the seller cannot buy a shipping label for a shipping going from Mexico to another company.

This is a community discussion site for US Buyers & Sellers and for the most part we do not know what eBay's policies are for other countries.
My personal experience say it is sometimes complicated to return some items back to teh US from Mexico.
