HELP on pro-purchased xbox one s

maybe someone can help me. i purchased an xbox one s which came with a bundle pack of three mincraft games. unfortunately i was observing my son play his new xbox from christmas a few days ago and questioned him about the console. well after a few minutes i realized he had only one minecraft game. upon trying to contact ebay and the seller all i got in return was a denied request on returning the product due to the fact that too much time has passed since christmas (24 days). well my intentions are to find out how to recieve what i payed for. is it pre-loaded inside the harddrive that i do not know how to access? i just am not very knowledgable on xbox consoles and it did not come with instructions on how to retrieve it or download it if it is possible. it also was to come with three months free xbox live gold yet again not sure how to get that. if anyone is knowledgable on xbox one consoles and/or has had perience in purchasing xbox ones online i would appreciate any and all help i can get. thank you in advance!

yes it said three games of minecraft as well as three months of xbox live gold. see if i can send a pic...

When did you receive the item? You only have 30 days from the date of delivery to file with eBay. Were there not instructions and paperwork in the box? It has been 24 days since Christmas but that doesn’t matter if you received the item more than 30 days ago. Buyer protection begins the date of delivery, there is no special policy that begins on Christmas.

I checked the sellers feedback you bought this from - he has some negatives but he moves pretty good volume.  I didn't see anything to idicate he sells used for new.  You probably got a sealed unit as advertised.  (You have 30 days from the received date to open a "not as described with eBay", even if the seller only offers 14 days.)

That particular Minecraft bundle will require that you use a code for downloading the other 2 games, as well as the Xbox Gold membership.  Those should all be on separate cards that will probably have a scratch-off area similar to a fast food or lottery card.  They should be fairly large 4" x 6", something like that.

Once you find the cards, if you haven't tossed them.   Do a Google search on where to enter codes in the Xbox.  It's fairly easy to find.
