So i sold a virtual item to a person from brazil.
Firstly the buyer couldn't buy it cause it said no shipping to your locations, so i changed it to worldwide and added a shipping service.
After the person bought the virtual item i got this message (see picture below)
What am i supposed to do now? Do i have to actually ship that person an item?

Did your listing follow the Digital Delivery Policy? https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/digitally-delivered-goods-policy?id=4...
Do you have legal permission from whoever makes whatever that is to sell it ... anywhere?

I cannot find the digital delivery policy, clicking the link leads nowhere...idk why.
Also the buyer of the product left positive feadback and said that he recieved the item.
And i also marked it as shipped. Do i still gotta print a shipping label?

@apostolibertoli0 try the link again. It worked for me.
You can ignore the shipping label form. Just mark it as shipped on ebay.
Digitally delivered goods need to be sold in the classifieds. Be aware that there is no seller protection for digital delivered goods on ebay. Its a scammers playground.

You need to ship a tangible item to the buyer since that’s the way you listed it. You have no seller protection here, doesn’t matter if the buyer left feedback.
