USPS is a not a well-functioning operation. Most of the time my packages get scanned, however, if the regular mail person is off, the part-timer, DOES not scan from the collection box and 90% of the time it is not scanned upon arrival at actual PO. Additionally, due, (to I would assume, weather delays), many items are now being listed as 'in transit' for days on end, 'blocked receptacle' with NO attempted re-delivery.

What are we as sellers suppose to do when this ill-functioning third party is NOT completing their end of the contract. Postage fees just went up again, costing us 2.66 for 2 ounces.

I've open a few threads on this. I have 30 packages late or missing. I've called Ebay and USPS, no resolution. They are handling everything 1 package at a time.
