I received a "sneak peak" for the Guaranteed Delivery program from eBay today. After a few minutes I realize it's a complete joke!
First, the guaranteed delivery switch says 3 days which cannot be changed. Next, all of my listings say 4 day free delivery even though I used my own zip code to calculate the shipping cost and delivery time. The result is none of my listings showed up in the search. Furthermore no ones elses listings showed up either! Some of my simple searches yielded nearly 2000 results, yet when the GD was turned on the result was ZERO! I called eBay and was shuffeled from rep to rep...none of whom had a clue how the programs worked...I had to sit there on the phone while they read the requirements to me. I tried to explain I was already set up in the GD program.. it just doesn't work! I spent well over an hour on the phone... time wasted! I'll just wait until the roll it out site wide and see if they can make it work...but as of this moment, it's a bust!
