I have just had an item sell with US shipping only and a buyer in Guam bought the item. I have no problem with shipping to Guam but I am concerned because it is a buyer with 0 feedback and this makes it seem suspicious. The item was slightly overpriced and still bought which also seemed odd. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do here because I am afraid of them trying to pull a trick such as saying it arrived damaged or something like that. Also what information do I have to fill out regarding getting it cleared in customs and is there and extra charges for this? I'm just trying to protect myself as the combination of a buyer in Guam and 0 feedback with instant payment all seemed a little odd and like a scam.

Your buyer in Guam is like any other zero-feedback buyer. Many sellers exclude the territories so he might have purchased you slightly-pricier item because the cheaper ones weren't available to ship to his location. Shipping cost (and return costs if any) would be the regular USPS Zone 8 price, the same as if you were shipping to California. I'm pretty sure you don't need a customs form, but that should come up when you purchase the shipping label.
