Global shipping handling time

I have global shipping on my listings. Have had 2 sales in the last week and both are telling me to ship in one day, I have 3 day handling time on all my listings. Why is this happening?

if you have 3 day handling that is fine and you can stick to your schedule

you have probably seen the items in seller hub that say ready to ship

ready to ship means they have been paid for and its time to ship according to your handling time

seller hub merely lets you no "what" to ship.  the "when" is on you
