Global Shipping.

I received an order this morning for a few expensive art glass items to ship to the United Kingdom.  I am set up with USPS Global shipping thru EBAY and have shipped with USPS Global shipping many times.  Today a buyer's order came through without it going through Global Shipping with USPS.  It is saying I need to do the tariff paperwork and other thing.  What gives with program?  I have sold to this buyer before with NO problems at all.  It is not allowing me to ship to the Global Shipping Center in Kentucky.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

That would only happen if that particular listing didn't have GSP selected.

You need to look again. The covered candy dish is not in GSP.

Where do you see that it does not have Global Shipping?  I have always listed ALL my items for GPS>  Thanks

something is messed up I see 2 items listed twice...see the shipping options on these listings...one states Global BUT does not show shipping via GSP options OR shipping for any other country.

This is difficult to explain.. Just go look at the listings shipping tab and play around with choosing shipping to the UK.

Thanks for trying to solve. The buyer bought and paid for the items without GSP kicking in,   I spoke with EBAY and they told me about the glitch in there system.  The buyer repurchased the items after I refunded the first transaction that had the problem.  I have always Offered Global Shipping to all my buyer's, and have never had any kind of problem.  Thanks All
