Hi,
I recently bought a toy from a seller and she informs me that the toy has arrived in Kentucky on 4th December to be shipped to Ireland.
In my purchases, the item is not marked as posted or shipped and I have no way of knowing if this was really sent and where it is.
It was a very expensive toy from Santa and I need to know if I should give up and look for another toy here or keep waiting for something to happen.
The seller is very nice but she has no information for me other than that it ariived in Kentucky. Should the item not be marked as posted then?
Thanks
AO

If the Seller used eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) and purchased their shipping label thru eBay, then tracking would be showing in your Dashboard.
Since you're asking about it, it must not be there, so Seller may not have purchased the label thru eBay. In that case, they should have uploaded the tracking number so you can track the package.
If by chance this gift is a large and/or heavy item, the Seller may have used FedEx or UPS to send the item to the GSP center in Erlanger, Kentucky. If they bought the shipping label off eBay, then until the Seller enters the tracking number into the transaction, you are not going to get any tracking info in your eBay dashboard.
Ask the Seller to enter the tracking number into the transaction.
