Global Shipping couldn't complete due to restrictions

Hello everyone!!

This is first time for me to ask a question. 

I recentry sold TOM FORD Lotion with sample EDP via Global Shippong Program and at the end Global Shipping Program team sent me a message that " transaction can not cmpleate due to restrictions"  Message also state that " No futher action in needed at this time" 

I understand that they will refund buyer but what about my end? Do I get item retun to me? or Do I get to keep the proceeds? 

Global Shipping Program transaction is very rare for me so if could someone explains to me?

You get to keep the proceeds and thr GSP keeps the item 🙂

Really makes me wonder what they do with all the products they are purchasing on a regular basis.

They sell them on eBay with domestic (USA) shipping only. They use the original pictures and description.

GSP sells them to a third party,a local dealer who sells on EBay
