Global Shipping Question on combining Orders

Hi,

I would like to ask a question about the Postage Costs.

I bought two separate items (Godzilla Toys) from a Seller and I then noticed after I paid that the Tracking Number is the same for each Item I bought so am I to assume that eBay will send both Items in one Package (combined) or will they still send out the items in their own separate Package? Each Postage for the Items was $28.35 each.

Previously Sellers would offer me a combined Package of numerous items I bought from them to save on Postage.

Let me know if you don't understand my Question.

Thanks,

Tones.

I don't believe the GSP program permits sellers to give combined shipping discounts.  You will probably need to review the details of the GSP program for more information.

Hi Toes, to maximize profit, and to avoid resealing errors, the eBay Global Shipping Program does not combine shipping.

If your seller shipped everything under one tracking number, you may have a problem since the GSP shipping center requires unique ID numbers on separate shipping labels from the seller to identify, relabel, and reship each item. At the least, each item you purchased must eventually show the additional tracking number that GSP uses to export that item to you.

Hopefully your seller wisely tagged or boxed each item, then overboxed. Otherwise, unless the GSP shipping center can sort it out, the combined package might be returned to your seller for clarification.
