Your seller performance status is at risk in the global program.

I only offer global shipping on a few items, but haven't sold anything in GSP in a couple of years. How can I be at risk? How do I fix that?

I would call eBay and make sure this isn'tjust another glitch.

It isn’t about the global shipping program, it’s about global trs status. You have global trs and now that US buyers aren’t counted as global buyers you are likely below the minimum amount of buyers required. For US sellers, having  global ttrs doesn’t really do anything other than showing trs status on .ca.
