So I have Global shipping program enabled and usually ship to a shipping center which works for me just fine. I noticed that my last sale to Canada only populated eBay International Standard Delivery and did not give the option for Global Shipping program. Not sure why that is? This has happened one time in the past as well? How do I fix this. I do not want to deal with customs forms ect. and would rather ship to eBay shipping center. Thanks for any suggestions.

I'm sorry, but it looks like you made a mistake when you set up your listings, and chose eBay International Standard instead of Global Shipping Program.
I looked at your most recent sales, and I didn't see any of them which had GSP enabled. They all had eBay IS (except for the Yu-Gi-Oh tin, which didn't have international shipping at all).
FYI, GSP shipping to Canada is very expensive, and many Canadians don't like it because there are much more cost effective ways to ship to Canada, which are very safe, easy and reliable. I would go ahead and use eBay IS for this sale; give it a try, you will probably find that it's not a problem shipping to Canada this way. Even if you revise your listings to GSP for other countries, you should consider making Canada an except and continuing with eBay IS for Canada.

The eBay Standard International Shipping is very similar to the GPS. There is minimal paper work. The differences are ebay does not collect any Import Taxes that may be due, item is only insured for up to $100, may take longer to arrive and it is cheaper than the GPS.
I don't know how you can use the GPS if it is not being offered to you. You could call ebay and ask to speak with the Shipping Department.

You can only offer one of the eBay shipping services.
If you offer the Global Shipping Program then the eBay Standard International will not be offered. It is the same with offering eBay Standard International then the Global Shipping Program will not be offered.
You may wish to check your listings and make sure you have the International Shipping set up the way you want it.
