I have sold many things using the GSP, but for some reason, it seems not to be working. I have three recent sales and I've checked the box for Global Shipping Program (like I've always done in the past). The item sells and it's someone in Malasia or Taiwon or Austrailia and I see their ship to address versus the Kentucky address. So now, I have to complete all the necessary paperwork and then I cannot track the item through USPS -- which also makes me nervous. What is up? Thanks.
This has happened to me the last 3 International Sales. I called eBAy and they knew nothing how the GSP worked. Of course I was transferred overseas and the person I spoke to wanted me to ship the item to Kentucky and then the GSP would send the invoice?? What is wrong with this answer?? Without getting paid? They need to fix this problem. I heard that if the buyer requests an invoice that it will override the GSP? They need to fix this issue. I opted out of the GSP and it is too bad because I had a lot of international buyers. But disappointed a buyer is not my thing. No one has really given me an answer to why this is happening. I do not ship directly Internationally, that is why I joined the GSP in the first place. I had to cancel the sales and the buyers understood about the GSP.
