Global Shipping Program using shipping calculator

I have some questions regarding the GSP.  I've been selling domestically for some time, and generally use the shipping calculator in my auction listings as opposed to offering free shipping.  If I sign-on to use the GSP and a foreign buyer wins, does the shipping calculator determine the cost for me to ship to the ebay GSP center using the carrier I specified when posting the listing, and is that cost passed on to the buyer as part of the total shipping/processing cost?  Also, if I have GSP enabled for a listing and a domestic buyer wins, I assume the transaction goes normally, with the shipping calculator providing the cost to ship directly to the buyer.  Correct?   Thanks in advance for any help.

The buyer pays, the calculated shipping to KY, the GSP calculated shipping to their country and any import tax/duty that may be applicable.

From the buyers payment you will be given the amount calculated for the portion covering the shipping to KY.

Domestic buyers won't even see that you offer GSP and it has zero effect on their purchases.

Thanks so much!  This is what I expected, but couldn't find a definitive answer when searching through many pages of info on ebay.  Probably in there somewhere...

One thing to remember when shipping Internationally, if the buyer files an INAD, you have to pay return shipping from their country.
