I understand once the sellers item reaches the Global Shipping hub, and is marked as ‘delivered’, it is safe and insured
from there to the buyer? If I don’t accept returns, that’s it?! No more worries? How Is the seller aware the item finally makes it to the buyer if tracking stops once it reaches the hub (other than personally contacting the buyer)? Is the buyer blocked from leaving ANY feedback, or just negative?
I realize I have apparently used the GSP in the past, and wasn't even aware of it at the time! Never received any messages or feedback from the buyer, so I can only assume my product made it to them safely? I'd like some tracking and communication that it made it to them safely. Why can't/doesn't Ebay offer international tracking for the sellers?

As far as I know the tracking should continue for you , just as it does for the buyer. However, lately the gsp tracking hasn't been all that consistent. Plus, items seem to be sitting quite a while at the Erlanger processing center.
Not accepting returns doesn't mean that you no longer have responsibility to the buyer. If the item is not as described and is not the fault of the gsp such as shipping damage..item switched at center...the buyer is still covered under the MBG. So if you send an xl blouse instead of a large as advertised in the listing, you would have to pay return shipping.
Feedback...I think that negative feedback would be removed if it was about something that was under the gsp's control but someone else will have to confirm that.

GSP protection only covers Item not Received. Once an item is delivered to Kentucky, you do not have to worry about INR anymore.
Item Not as Described is a whole different kettle of fish. You are responsible for INAD the same as if the item was shipped domestically. Any INAD claims are handled the same way as a domestic shipment. You are responsible for any return shipping.
GSP does NOT handle return shipments. All returns come back to you directly and are NOT handled through GSP.
The only exception to this is if the item arrived damaged to your buyer. Then it is covered by GSP.
As far as tracking ...
When shipping your item to our shipping center, always add tracking details and include the reference number on the label to ensure it arrives safely. When you create a shipping label on eBay, this is done automatically for you.
Once a tracking number is uploaded, it is converted to a Global Tracking number which you and your buyer can use to track the item until delivery.
If you don't use our shipping labels, add the tracking number yourself when you receive it from your preferred carrier, and include the reference number on the label. Once your item is received by our shipping center, we’ll add international tracking allowing you and your buyer to track its progress.

Hmm. Strange. Is the only Global shipping center in Erlanger?
My items had a unique name (Guwenyang RHRTUC) and (MBXLP BJGAAL Chun Kit Yuen), both shipped to different addresses in Oregon. Upon further looking, both buyers were international (Hong Kong & Australia)
The weird thing is that upon being delivered, one package was 'left on porch', and the other 'Delivered front door'. I found it very odd, if the packages did in fact go to a Global shipping center.
The buyers never contacted me that the items weren't received, (both sent over 2 months ago), nor left feedback. So, I don't even know if they actually received their items. (I supposed I can message and ask).
I'm likely going to be sending out a high value item (over $1000) internationally, and I want to be a little more confident in how this all works.
Thanks for your response!! 🙂

Yes, the only globabl shipping center in the US is in Kentucky. If they went to Oregon, it is possible that they went to reshippers that the buyers had arranged to use. In that case they would not be using any international shipping option, they would use the domestic option to Oregon. That would explain why you don't see any tracking after Oregon. Once delivery shows to the Oregon address, any items reshipped from there generally are not valid for the MBG.

That's not GSP.
Those are either reshipping services that the buyer has chosen, or it's the new "International Standard Delivery" program. Which does not carry any of the protections as GSP.
If it is a buyer-selected reshipper, your responsibility for INR ends at "delivered" to the domestic address.
For returns, technically, reshipping the item voids the MBG. But, if the issue is pushed ... If an INAD return is opened, you are only responsible for return shipping from the original domestic delivery address.

I noticed a couple of things with our listings...
The Happy Times frog is set up with USPS shipping, not the gsp and the wrong amount is being charged. If you are going to send it via USPS, you need to change the 'package type' to package (or thick envelope). Right now it is set up as a flat and a UK buyer would pay $5.00. You would pay more.
Quite a few of your items show shipping not specified for international locations so they are either not set up for the gsp or the gsp doesn't allow those items to be sent. That can cause a lot of confusion for both buyer and seller. To prevent items that cannot be sent through the gsp showing as available for international buyers, make sure you have a block set up. Go to account/site preferences/buyer requirements and check off 'block buyers with a primary shipping address in a country that I don't ship to.'
