Global Shipping Program and Pitney Bowes Tracking is a joke

When is eBay UK going to get real time package tracking for items in the Global Shipping Program? When I order stuff from eBay Uk and PB has anything to do with the shipping there is no updates on location of items sometimes for days. In 2019 there is no excuse to not be able to see where a purchased item is at least daily and really at least every few hours. Been complaining about the joke of a tracking system that PB has for months. Some times I get notifications that an item is out for delivery here in Hungary a few days after I have already received my item, never before it is out for delivery.  I know which site to use for tracking and often times there are no location updates for days. Come on there is no excuse for this in 2019. Frankly, I would rather pay a little more and have a real parcel delivery outfit like UPS handle delivery from seller to buyer and know where my goods are and when they will be delivered.

Is there a reason to post this on the US boards?

To me it seems better that UK sellers read it.

My bad, eBay UK site sent me here from there. eBay has really fallen in how it operates.

In that case, you would only buy from eBay sellers worldwide, and not limit yourself to just UK or US, which don't offer the Global Scamming Program.
