I have received the wrong items and the seller mentioned that Global Shipping Program has labelled the boxes wrongly thus sending me the wrong parcel.
Resolution Center only brought me in circles which I couldn't even 'get ebay to step in' despite raising a return.
It is infuriating as it seems that I couldn't proceed with anything at all.
