I screwed up and mistakently sent wrong item to a buyer who happened to live in Canada. I want to send the right one, but am not sure what the original reference number on that Kansas address (Global shipping) really stands for.......I assume that it gets it directed to the actual address in Canada, but is the ref. number also for a ONE-TIME USE? Or, can I use the same reference number for the second mailing.
I have already refunded her for the item and will end just GIVING her the item (low-cost) so I guess it will not be associated with an ebay sale, as far as shipping goes. Thanks for any guidance.

Erlanger, Kentucky is the GSP center in the U.S. Why not just get her address and mail directly to her?

I already did do that. I had an extra (but not as nice) item that I sent as temporary compensation since it was something she wanted for holiday display. I was surprised at the PO to find out it cost over $17.00 to mail it 1st class, so when I get her actual order back (I had mixed up 2 packages and sent other recipient pre-paid packaging to send it back to me, should arrive today)..... I will send that but would like not to pay $17 again. But I will if no alternative.

I’m not sure that there is any other alternative. I doubt that the gsp is going to ship it again for free.

You're right, I had to check receipt again, it was $15.50.

Thank to all for replies. Yes, I don't think there is alternative. At least the situation did alert me to the fact that I needed to change my site preferences to no foreign buyers. I thought I had done that years ago, but somehow it seems to have re-set to accept all locations.
Canada has presented problems for me before, because it frequently takes quite a bit longer than buyers realize for their items to arrive, and they complain. In this case of course the whole thing was my fault in mixing up 2 different sales, so I will just "eat it" and try hard not to be so careless again.
