I sold and shipped an item with GSP, I have tracked it and it should have been delivered March 21, 2022, Where can I call to follow up on this for my buyer?

Have you checked the tracking to see if it matches what is on ebay? There may be more information on the PB site. https://parceltracker.pb.com/
Other than that, I don't think that there is much that you can do to follow up. I have read about others who have tried to find the parcel but I don't think that they got anywhere. If the buyer files an INR and the package did reach the Kentucky gsp center, the gsp will be responsible for refunding.

Click on the 'help & contact’ button located at the top and bottom of ebay pages and follow the prompts

On chat: type in ’agent’ to get a live person instead of a bot

Click on receive a call back: depending on how busy they are will depend on length of time for your call back
Make sure your phone will not block the call back

thanks much, I tried the PB site and that is where I got the March 21st date. Perhaps just really late, hope that's it.

If you do contact ebay ask for them to put you in touch with the Global Shipping Team.
