Glitch in Creating Shipping Label..anyone else with this problem?

I'm wondering if anyone else is having a problem this week creating a shipping label for maybe one or two orders. I have an order from Australia. My notification shows that buyer has paid for the item and reminds me to ship it out,  but when I go to Order, it saws Awaiting for Payment and I can't print out a shipping label.  Ebay support confirms that there is a glitch in the system (not just International sales) and I'm not the only one being affected by this issue. Thank goodness the buyer is patient and understanding and is willing to wait till the glitch is fixed. Anyone else..with this issue?

If you wait until an eBay glitch is fixed that could literally be weeks or months or never. How long has it been since the notification? If you're in Managed Payments sometimes it can take 10-20 min for the Orders page to recognize the payment.

1. Go to your Payments page (if in MP) or to PayPal (if still using the Pal) to confirm payment was received.
2. If payment was made (and is not a pending echeck in PayPal) then go ahead and ship.
3. Print a shipping label at paypal.com/shipnow or at pirateship.com

But as I said first - if you're in MP just give it half an hour and try again.
