I accidentally placed several orders to an incorrect address. These orders were international, and thus the sellers cannot modify the address on their end. I want to get these orders resent to my proper address relatively quickly, but Ebay considers them ineligible to be registered as "not arrived" since it hasn't been the maximum number of estimated days for them to arrival. What can I do to either get them resent, or get them returned and reordered quickly?

More than likely you will just have to buy the items again. At a minimum you will be responsible for the ship-to & ship-back cost. And if the items cant be returned, you will be paying for the original purchases as well.
In general, most sellers will not modify addresses anyway, local or international. They ship to what prints out on eBay shipping, the address you provided. Do you have address forwarding at all?

You'll need to contact the sellers and see if they are willing to reship the items, which you'll have to pay more for the shipping.

I do not think the seller can intercept an international order.
Even when the items show delivered you can not win an item not received case.

Punish the seller as "not arrived" because of your error?

I can only expect that you are willing to take full financial responsibility for this mistake.
If not, then:
Unbelievable 😬 Unconscionable 😬
Was it a former address? Can they be forwarded?

I'm not looking to punish the sellers, they have no way of redirecting anything. I'm just looking to actually get the stuff I ordered, or get it sent back to the sellers so I can reorder.

Your talk of "not arrived" is what triggered my response.
Opening "not arrived" through eBay would be attempting to punish the seller😐
