GSP to Russia

Does GSP ship to Russia yes or no? Russia is listed on eligible countries.

This is not an easy question to answer. GPS is widely used in Russia along with Glonass. If your device is just for positioning, finding routes and avoiding getting lost you will not have any problems using, buying or selling it. Compact devices for gathering tracking info that can be installed secterly are banned. Some people went to jail for trying to order them. Russian authorities claim periodically that this low is too tight and that it will be loosened soon but final decision on a particular device is made by an expert who belongs to the system interested in banning those devices.

Sorry,  Maybe i should have spelled it out. I am referring to the global shipping program with eBay. My question was whether eBay ships to Russia or not. Russia is listed on eligible countries, but many people say that eBay does not ship to Russia thru their global shipping program.

The GSP does ship to Russia if the item qualifies.  If the item has restrictions and cannot be shipped to Russia, then the GSP would not ship that item to Russia.
