Since I mostly sell Hockey cards on ebay, I make alot of sales to Canada. I looked at all my listings today and the GSP (Global Shipping Program) is gone from all my listings but I dont see the "new" ebay International in its place. I know i got the email saying I would be converted but would we really remove the options for buyers before the replacement is in there? This would probably explain why all of a sudden im getting 75% less views and about half the sales these last few weeks.
WTH is going on???

Hey @itsfreakinpauly - got some questions so we can offer the best guidance here.
1. What do you see at the top of this page? https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
2. If you're enrolled in EIS note that it can take 48 hours for listings to update.
3. Do you use business policies?
4. Do you offer any direct shipping methods?
I checked one of your listings 385435934793 and it showed that you're using eBay International Standard Delivery (EISD) which is different from eBay International Shipping (EIS - replacing GSP).

Hey there!
it shows I’m enrolled in EIS but I just don’t see it on the items and I was worried bc I’m not seeing Canadian traction like I normally do. This made me think that none of my listings are being shown to my normal Canadian and Eastern Europe buyers right now. As for the item you looked at, I manually went in just this evening and added the old international shipping option (EISD) to a couple items just to test to see if views would increase.

OK, got it. Well if your account was just switched over it can take 48 hours for the listings to update. I looked at one of your older listings item 385301623515 and I do see EIS offered.

It looks like your listings are set up now with EIS. I
Do you get a lot of multiple sales with your hockey cards? Just as a heads up, it may change in the future but right now it is not possible to set up combined shipping with EIS. So buyers will pay full shipping price for each card even if they are shipped together. The only way around that is to create a separate listing for the buyer.
