I don't know if it happens in the EU but gsp packages to Canada are not always updated between the Kentucky center and the processing center in Canada. In those cases, once they have been put into the Canada Post system (they would have to first leave the Cdn center) I would receive a new tracking number. Perhaps that is the situation there??
