GSP Item Has Damage on Arrival

I am in the US I bought an item from the UK and it was shipped via GSP. It arrived with some damage that was not described or pictured in the listing. What type of case should I file to get this taken care of -- 'doesn't match description or photos' or 'arrived damaged'?

There are multiple posts out there about this similiar issue, but the solutions are not very clear as there is not one specific voice with the same answer.

Does it look like the damage could've happened in shipping??

If so, then Arrived Damage - and the GSP is supposed to cover the loss.  (Seller will need to call eBay and have it handled)

Do you think the seller failed to describe it accurately or hid the damage?  Did they do something wrong?

If so, thne Not As Described - and the seller has to cover it.
