I can't seem to find the answer to this question anywhere.
Sold a radar detector via GSP today, packaged it up and did not include the power adapter. The package is already at the post office and can not be retrieved.
Am I able to send a second package using the same REF#, or will I need to directly ship the adapter to the customer in Romania?
Thanks

Thanks, will just cancel the order and send a full refund. Looks like shipping to Romania is very expensive. He can just keep the detector.

You may be able to use the USPS package intercept. Costs like twelve bucks or so. Have it sent back to you, repack, send back to Kentucky with same REF#. Never tried it but seems good in theory. Cost a feew bucks and a few days.

Good suggestion, but not worth it in this case. Will simply refund the buyer his entire purchase price and resell the power cord.

Problem is you can't refund their GSP payment to Pitney Bowes (int'l shipping & import charges) as you didn't receive them.

This is for a radar detector. No difference in power cords/ports on cars. Also, vintage model no doubt uses cig lighter socket - and those are universal

Radar detectors are illegal in most European countries, France had them for about six months before banning them again.
It may never make it out of the country
