GLS tracking to Croatia

Hello, 

So I ordered something from the US that is shipped through "Pitney Bowes". Recent update shows this: 

"Shipped from the Global Shipping Center to International Destination" 

And it gives me this weird ass tracking nr: 
#AWSPBE180417581933&frachtbriefnr=405721744902 

Apparently this company is called GLS, and they have a office in Zagreb the capitol of Croatia, but no office in my city Split. I have tried to contact them but their website just gives me an error everytime, and I cant reach them through phone. WHen I google GLS they seem to have one of the lowest rankings possible due to being unable to deliever.

Any ideas?

I don't know a thing about shipping to Croatia, however, it doesn't matter.

If your item does not arrive by the last delivery date listed, go to the Resolution Center and pick I haven't received it yet. Follow the instructions there and get a refund.

There is a link to the Resolution Center on every page on EBay.  Hope this helps.
