Looking for some advice on helping my buyer deal with GLS-US shipping. A jewelry item was sent to the authentication center, passed, and was forwarded to the buyer using GLS-US as the shipper. I have never heard of this company until now, and everything I've searched online is pretty negative. The package has been scanned as "Delivery Rescheduled" for the past 10 days. Buyer says they haven't made any actual attempt to deliver the package (she's been home), and the Authentication center just says to contact the shipper, who in turn doesn't respond. I know as the seller I am already in the clear as far as responsibility goes, but I want to make sure the buyer gets her item. Does anyone have any experience with this company that could possibly offer some suggestions? I'm saving the suggestion to file an INR as a last resort if we can't get anywhere with the company.

@jklfindings oh wow, I didn't realize they were using GLS for jewelry too...not a good idea based on what we've heard from people who have experienced this same poor service with sneakers.
It's a shame eBay has decided to use a delivery company with an F rating on BBB and tons of terrible reviews just to save a few bucks on shipping.
Your best bet will be to contact eBay's social support reps on Twitter or Facebook.
