GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM

I am in Australia and recently purchased an item from UK. I find out when tracking my parcel that ARAMEX is a member of the GSP. ARAMEX is the worst courier in the world without a shadow of a doubt. In Australia ARAMEX purchased a local courier "fASTWAY" who for the past thirty years have been dubbed "SLOWAY" OR "NOWAY". A Current Affairs program surveyed all the COURIERS in Australia and found by a long way ARAMEX the company with the greatest amount of complaints for poor service and no service losing an astonishing amount of freight. ARAMEX are CHINESE owned and of course every seller who is based in China uses ARAMEX. I have had to return 25 Parcels as ARAMEX will not deliver to my street address even though I am a Suburb of Melbourne, their excuse being I am outside their area and they have demanded an extra $33 to deliver 6.5km outside their area. They also, when I use PO BOX address accept parcel for delivery but do not deliver to boxes. I get a text to make contact and when I try it is impossible to use their contact us site and then if I am lucky enough to get a message through they do not reply.
eBay ARE NOT INTEREST IN MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS AND REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SYSTEMIC PROBLEM. YES CHINA IS TAKING CONTROL...

GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM

I have a suggestion which I have done with UK sellers. I'm in the USA and I will ask a seller if it's possible to ship my item thru the Royal Mail. In many of the cases, the seller will respond agreeably to my request and there is tracking thru the Royal Mail. I also find that in most of the cases the cost is less than going thru the GSP.

I hope this helps.

GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM

I thank you for the information that you have supplied; this helps clear up some things. I already had a n3gative review for f4stway couriers and of this last week, two additional n3gative reviews regarding Aramex. I also have just told a seller out of the USA that unless they are offering something other than the global shipping program i.e. something without Aramex, then I'm not interested in doing business with them. I have an email having both Ar4mex and DAI on it, which is more al4rming in that I also see h0rrors coming up in way of reviews of DAI also; I will have to look at how 4liexpr3ss is linked with DAI My policy is forever, always ensure that Aramex is not being used, prior to purchasing anything > Yes, they are that bad.

Pitney-Bowes arranges the shipping for GSP.  Complain to them because eBay has nothing to do with it.

Additionally,  if you are shipping through GSP  there is nothing due at delivery. Aramex has been paid in advance by GSP. You should  refuse delivery if the item is delivered with postage due and get your money back.

Google Pitney-Bowes contact number and chat with them.
