Hello to all
Im wondering if someone can help me with this question.
I didn't received an item and last date for delivery long passed.
Ebay immediately ruled in my favor and stated I have full refund.
Now, I only got refund for the item purchased but not shipping costs I payed, in this case, more expensive then item itself. Can't find anywhere what are the factors that determine this.
Thank you for any info

I see you live in Croatia. Did you buy this item through the Global Shipping Program?
If so, then I believe that your refund is split into two refunds. The first will be from the seller on eBay for the cost of the item, plus perhaps a portion of the shipping you paid. The second will be the international shipping charge from Pitney Bowes ... I believe the payout of this is delayed by about a week.
