Full page label?

Hello, when I have one label it will inevitably print on the entire page. I can't get it to just print on half the page. If I have two different orders printing two labels, it will have one label on one half one label on the other half. so why can't I print a half a page label when I only have one label? I hope that makes sense I'm about to rip my hair out.

On the label purchase page, go to Print format on the right near the bottom, and see if you can change the options there. Sound like you need to change it to 8" X 11" and be sure that the box for Receipt and Instructions in not checked..
