Is that the Kawasaki engine? You marked it "Pick up only" so why are you now trying to ship it?
FedEx and UPS both have freight divisions that could probably help. BUT since you marked it pick up only and a buyer wants you to ship it make them pay for it BEFORE you do any further. if you really are making nothing than cancel the order and stick to your "pick up only" call out. Yes, you do no want to lose the sale but by your admission you are not making any money so why proceed?
