Hello,
Did my first auction in a long time. Might be my last. Buyer's address is in South Korea but package is going to Delaware...freight forward I guess. Charged International rate because buyer's address registered is in South Korea. You would think since I got an International charge rate I would get an estimated International mail rate.
Package must be there by April 22th. Of course, package will not be in South Korea by April 22th. Package needs no custom form I guess to Delaware.
Once it arrives in Delaware with tracking am I safe? Even though it has no customs form and is going to South Korea.
Can buyer ask for a refund after April 22th if it has tracking to only Korea?
I understand freight forward packages can sometimes sit around before being delivered to said country.
Any options?

Speaking only for myself, I've always been safe. Good going!

I personally have never had any problems with a freight forwarder.
The international charge is for credit cards / banks in other countries. It has zero to do with shipping.
You have put 2 things together that are different and dont have anything to do with each other.
Did you promise the item would be in South Korea on the 22nd?
Why would you do customs forms?
You are shipping to an address in Delaware that was supplied by the customer on the order.
You are responsible to get the item to Delaware.
Sellers are never safe BUT in this case you are overthinking it.

The package doesn't have to be in Korea by April 22nd, it has to be to the address on the order, which would be the freight forwarder.
