Freight, Flat Rate Shipping

I have a business Seller's account with ebay, and I used to be able to find the freight flat rate shipping option, but now it doesn't seem to exist. Ebay has some changes that don't seem friendly to the clients they serve. Both the seller and the buyer benefit when Ebay gets these things right. 

Freight, flat rate should be able to have a standard fee, and a zone fee. So that the buyers and sellers can make a more friendly choice. When you take away these values, you take away profits from both ebay and the sellers. Let's do better!

The basic Flat Rate Freight, is same rate to everyone.  If you want it to be a Flat Rate that changes by Zone, then you have to set up your own shipping rate table in your Shipping Preferences and apply them to the appropriate listings.

What's interesting is the amount of "control" ebay is now attempting to place on everyone. It used to be a check box and you could install your own flat rate. Simple and effective. 

Also, I cannot find the "free shipping" check box anymore which used to be right at the front of the shipping options. 

Why has ebay started being so controlling and so difficult?

The free shipping option is to the right of any shipping option when you add them.
