I set for free shipping but when I view the listing Free Shipping is not showing up it's showing Economy Shipping from outside US shipping. I've checked the free shipping box in domestic shipping and put $0.00 in international shipping. why is this happening?

Since the listing isn't live, you won't see estimated dates.
You'd have to post the listing live first and go from there. Don't know whether or not you offer shipping to your own country, but if you don't then that will affect how the listing is displayed to you. You can change the shipping zip code on the search page to see how it displays to someone in the US, but the listing needs to be live before you do that.

You have to select flat rate shipping for "free shipping" to appear - when you select calculated shipping with a cost of $0.00 it does not display the same way.

I can't see any listings of yours to check but if it is showing economy shipping from outside of the US it has to be showing an amount too. Did you enter 0.00 in that area too? Economy / Standard shipping from outside of the US is what most international shippers use to show shipping to the US.
When you list on .com domestic shipping is to the US. International shipping is to everywhere else. So if you are putting 0.00 in the international area, that means that you are shipping for free to everywhere else.

The op must already be using flat rate shipping. If they were using calculated, they wouldn't see the option 'shipping from outside of the US.'
