Why does ebay not allow an easy way of informing users about this type of fraud. For the buyer it is hard to validate the delivery address associated with tracking number , the only tracking service I have found that does this is
trackpackageapp.com and quickly shows where the package is destined. SO if it is fraud ( to you ) easy to report if only EBAY would support...…………………………………..
Then instead of waiting sometimes months till the package is delivered , just not to you , before you can even start a claim, you could ( or ebay could if they checked automatically in submission of TN ) report and save many the pain of waiting for money back guarantee to kick in .,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
By the way ebay have refunded my 4 of these cases in last 4 weeks , immediately as I had the tracking delivery address from trackpack………

Four in the last 4 weeks?
I hope you now realize that there are a lot of dishonest sellers from China and surrounding countries (not every seller, but we see very, very high levels of complaints from customers)
Keep in mind that those unbelievably low priced items from China are ... well ... not always believable. Instead of what you might hope for, you are might get cheaply made items that don't work or break on first use, counterfeit items (particularly of name brands), substitute items, items never delivered, etc.

I realise all that but 1 not all from China, 2 where from Canada, same scam. And to add insult to injury 2 off the purchases where off the EBAY mailings " prices too good to be true " . So Ebay is part culpable irrespective of the pricing offered ( and by the way production prices in CN are so low that genuine product can be pruchased at 25% of US retail so 50 USD for a 200 USD item in us with subsidised shipping is not so obviously fraud, due diligence should always be done of course ). By the way the one I am dealing with at the moment is a variant, in that the goods are listed as being in US, warehouse ready to ship Fedex etc eith a short timeframe to door, but ultimately it is same ship from CN scam
I think ultimately there is a point to my post beyond just getting scammed, as ultimately EBAY correct with refund , and that is the technology is out there for EBAY to stop most of this in its tracks …………………….. and the start of this is to match TN to delivery address.
