Sorry to say, EBay was a great place to buy, Never had an issue. I always gave good reviews and had no problems with the few vendors I returned products to. 13 years with no problems. I finally got bitten by a fraudster who sent me something that didn't even come close to its claim. Your return policy is entirely too greek to even try to muddle through. I finally decided to try the refund on Paypal since I was getting nowhere. Let's hope they do a better job. But until you decide to stop catering to fraudulent vendors, I won't be buying product through EBay. I surely hope Paypal will do the job of refunding my money. Let me know when you've made up your mind to do something about seller fraud.

What's so hard about clicking return, selecting the reason and waiting for a return lable?

We are not ebay corp, just sellers and buyers here.
Go to your purchase history and bang the return button. Select reason (not as described), you will get your label, drop it off in a blue box, post office, etc. Watch for your refund. No Greek.

About the only way it could be made any easier is if they sent someone to your house to do the mouse clicks for you. Seriously, if you could find this forum, register, and start a thread, doing a "not as described" return should be a piece of cake.

Go to the item in your Purchase History and hit the big, blue 'Return this item' button. Follow the bouncing ball.

Do you have reading comprehension problems? I got the return label and SHIPPED the item back a month ago because it was defective. The seller refuses to refund and NO ONE is helping. I keep getting the run around. You all talk big until it happens to you. If you have nothing helpful to say, don't post.

"Let me know when you've made up your mind to do something about seller fraud."
Deal.
Just let us know when you've made up your mind to read the Money Back Guarantee for buyers and use it appropriately.
BTW, it's not our "return policy" nor are we the ones who can "decide to stop catering to fraudulent vendors.
You aren't addressing eBay when you post a message here.

Sadly this forum has become SNARK central lately.
So many members just come on here and give smart ass answers to members with problems or complaints.

I just read what you wrote and you mention NOTHING about doing a return, getting a label and shipping it back. All you DO mention is that the "return process is too Greek for you to muddle through", hence the remarks you received.
Anyway- Since you opened a return with Ebay, you cannot open a 2nd one with Paypal- it will be dismissed.
You were able to 'escalate' the return with ebay once the tracking showed it was delivered which basically means ebay will refund you for the seller and then 'ding' the seller for not doing it themselves. I'm not sure what the timeline allowance is on being able to do that so- Go back to the 'return' in the 'resolution' center and see if it A.) shows delivered back to seller and B.) you can escalate by XX date- then hit the 'escalate to ebay' button.

Your post said nothing about having sent the item back . This is not the mind-reading forum. Take your attitude elsewhere.

I think the comprehension problem is with you and your failure to ask eBay to step in...

I went through EVERY step and it was a long dragged out ordeal. A month communicating with EBay. 13 years of EBay and never had a problem until now. It's all about no one responding to the crook who sold me junk. I have to laugh at these foolish remarks. The seller was a crook and should have been banned from EBay. I hope it happens to you some day.

It won't happen to me because I know how the MBG works and don't need eBay to help me use the tool they provided me.

Unfortunately, you missed a step.
But it's okay, we're laughing with you.

It's hard to refrain from S/A answers when someone comes here requesting help and then asks those who respond if they lack reading comprehension.
